Volunteer Opportunity: Event Set-Up and Take-Down for the Shower the Seed Gala
Join us in making the 2025 Shower the Seed Gala a success by helping with event set-up and take-down! Your support will directly impact the Beds4Kids program, which provides brand-new beds, bedding, and essential furnishings to children in Northeast Indiana, helping them transition from sleeping on the floor to having the comfort and dignity of their own bed.
Volunteer Roles:
- Set-Up Shift (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM): Help unload decor items, arrange the room, move tables and chairs, and set up the stage.
- Take-Down Shift (8:00 PM – 9:30 PM): Assist with packing up decorations, loading the trucks, and ensuring the venue is left in great condition.
