JA Career Ignite™ Career Fair

JA Career Ignite is an in-person career fair for high school students that connects juniors and seniors to post-secondary opportunities: Employment, Enrollment, Enlistment, and Entrepreneurship. This career fair will help students navigate their next steps in life by bringing together information about colleges, careers, military service, and entrepreneurship opportunities in northern Indiana. Students will explore their future pathways to prepare for next steps towards post-secondary career goals.  JA Career Ignite will take place on April 15^th and 16^th, 2026 at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. Last year, we had 9,000 11^th and 12^th graders from 24 schools that participated in the program!
