JA Career Ignite is an in-person career fair for high school students that connects juniors and seniors to post-secondary opportunities: Employment, Enrollment, Enlistment, and Entrepreneurship. This career fair will help students navigate their next steps in life by bringing together information about colleges, careers, military service, and entrepreneurship opportunities in northern Indiana. Students will explore their future pathways to prepare for next steps towards post-secondary career goals. JA Career Ignite will take place on April 14-15, 2027 at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne.
Volunteers at this event will be placed in a general volunteer position such as the Welcome or Exit Teams, information table or Traffic Team.
