Volunteers with certified therapy pets are needed to visit Hospice patients at Extended Care Facilities, community hospitals, or personal residences. Volunteers may choose to visit patients in Columbia City, Fort Wayne, Huntington, Kendallville, LaGrange and the surrounding communities in Northeast Indiana.
Requirements: Orientation & training through Parkview Hospice, willing to complete background check, 18 years or older, complete occupational health requirements, and provide necessary documentation required for program.
