Every Saturday morning during a three-hour window individuals who need food assistance can come to our Tillman Road facility to receive food. It takes at least 40 helping hands to put food into the cars of the p00+ families who line up every weekend. We need help passing out food to clients, tearing down boxes and other tasks. MINIMUM AGE: 14 ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST WEAR CLOSE-TOED SHOES.
We start earlier than we used to as the format has changed. Please be ready by 7:30 AM. You will need to park in the Police/Fire Credit Union lot, but do not block the drive through lane or exit.
