The applicant will have a minimum of 2 years of business experience as a mid -level or above management position or will have owned their own business.
The volunteer will provide mentoring to start up businesses and existing small businesses. Volunteers will be trained....will require 2 hours of online study and 3 co-mentoring sessions of an hour apiece hours
Timing of mentoring sessions is flexible to meet client and mentor situation.
