Ranch Groundskeeper

The Volunteer Ranch Groundskeepers assist with maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of the ranch property. This role supports routine grounds care, seasonal projects, and occasional minor repairs to ensure the ranch remains clean, safe, and welcoming for visitors, staff, volunteers, and animals.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Basic maintenance or handyman skills helpful but not required

• Ability to safely operate lawn equipment and basic tools

• Ability to lift approximately 40–50 lbs

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
