Since 2008, we’ve made it our mission to encourage children, heal horses, strengthen families and share the message of hope. And we’ve done it all through our team of dedicated volunteers…maintaining, building and beautifying the Ranch, caring for the horses and delivering life-changing real-ranch experiences to children 4-18 from all walks of life. We’re always looking for people filled with compassion and commitment to help Dare to Dream fulfill its mission!

No horse experience? No problem.

In fact, many of our team members started out with little or no horse experience. For each new volunteer team member, we offer a personalized and professional training program that teaches you everything you need to know about caring for horses. This program prepares our volunteers to be able to teach their knowledge and apply it during our sessions with the youth.
