Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana hosts JA JobSpark®, a two-day interactive career expo for more than 8,000 – 8th and 9th grade students in our region, taking place November 3–4, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. Students explore high-demand careers through hands-on activities, learn about required skills and education, and connect their interests to regional job opportunities.
JA JobSpark also gives local businesses and organizations the chance to inspire and build their future workforce.
General volunteers are needed both days to support event operations, serving on teams such as Welcome, Exit, Information, or Traffic.
