The Fort Wayne Civic Theatre is a people-powered organization and we rely on enthusiastic volunteers looking to work on stage, backstage, and on build crews! We have positions that range from a few hours to the entire production and performance schedule of the show. No experience is required! We strive to educate while you are volunteering by teaching you how to safely use equipment, from drills and saws to paintbrushes and sewing machines.
