Who We Are
The Adams Health Network was incorporated in Indiana May 23, 1978, by a group of forward-thinking individuals who established the foundation to support the health of residents of Adams County. The foundation became a federally recognized 501c3 on September 15, 2010. Donations received from bequests and special events, such as our annual golf outing, have been used to support above and beyond healthcare needs in Adams county provided by the hospital.
