Volunteer Opportunities From: Volunteer Center

We are seeking volunteers to  help to maintain a small flower garden from spring to fall.

Position requires being able to pull, bend, pull weeds, plant flowers, walk on uneven terrain. 

We are in need of individuals to come in and socialize with our residents! This would be one on one visits with our residents providing much needed social interactions.

Masks must been worn at all times during the visits and within the building at this time. We would prefer individuals to be vaccinated as well. 

We are seeking volunteers to push residents in wheelchairs on monthly outings with the Program Director.

The program director will then pay for any admission costs relating to the outing. 

Outings are scheduled 1-2 months in advance and are typically on the second Thursday of the month (except December, where outings are set based on the event type). Outings are typically scheduled during the day ( Morning or mid-afternoon). Must be physically able to push residents in wheelchairs for short to long distances. 

At this time masks must be worn when interacting with our residents and within our buildings. We would prefer you to be vaccinated as well.
