Offering treats in our VA lobby can provide veterans with a small but meaningful gesture of appreciation and support, potentially enhancing their overall experience and fostering a sense of community. It can also serve as a subtle acknowledgment of their service and sacrifice to our country. The duties of our donut and snack volunteer is to set-up the snack area, including tables, Soldier’s Angels banner and backdrop, and Soldier’s Angels literature. Set-up popcorn machine and make popcorn. Bag popcorn and hand out to our veterans. Clean popcorn machine and return to Volunteer Services.
