Volunteers will assist with appointment coordination, gathering information, and providing resources. Key Responsibilities · Interact with clients over the phone, email, and in person. · Gather basic information from client about their situation. Maintain confidentiality and comply with program guidelines and requirements. Qualifications Prefer bachelor’s degree in social services, human services, or related fields, or relevant experience. As a volunteer driver, you can have a positive impact on our refugee clients as they settle into the Fort Wayne community. The schedule is based on when volunteers are available to provide round trip transportation. The volunteer would use their own personal vehicle and gas.
