Want to provide meals to families in need in northeast Indiana from your home kitchen? Lasagna Love is a perfect fit! 

You do not need to be a professional chef - just someone who loves to cook and share kindness. 

Volunteering is flexible and easy and you can make a difference from where you live! You choose how many times you want to cook (monthly, bi-weekly, etc.), for how many families, and how far you want to travel - your hometown or further. 

Never cooked a lasagna before? We have a kind group of volunteers who will support you and share their recipes. 

As a Lasagna Love Chef, you will cook and deliver a lasagna entrée to your matched family on a mutually agreeable date and time. You can also offer another option in lieu of lasagna so the family can choose but that’s up to you. 

There is a Lasagna Love volunteer website portal with many resources including training videos, recipes, delivery notices, and so much more.  The portal is how you find out information about your "match" so you have control over the timing of your delivery. Once you sign up, you will receive an email with simple instructions.

Volunteering is flexible and easy and you can make a difference from anywhere you live! You choose how many lasagnas you want to compile each time (one or two a month; one every other week, etc.).

Never made a lasagna before? We have a kind group of volunteers who will support you and share their recipes. 

As a Lasagna Love Chef, you will make a lasagna entrée that another volunteer will pick up and deliver for you.  Another option is to make an uncooked lasagna to be picked up by a Lasagna Love volunteer that will be cooked and delivered when a family in need requests a delivery. Or you could deliver it yourself.

The Lasagna Love Regional Leaders will offer some training (food safety, listing all ingredients, tips for an easily transportable pan, etc.). Once you express an interest, we will send an email with simple instructions.  Make sure you respond that you can not personally deliver but are willing to compile the lasagna.
