The Lighthouse exists to serve individuals who struggle with life-altering issues by providing structure, education, support, and mentorship. We offer a Food Bank, clothing vouchers, community groups and more; and the store helps fund everything we do! As a thrift store volunteer, you may help with tasks such as: Sorting through clothing, shoes, books, toys, and other merchandise Hanging and tagging clothing items Cleaning and organizing around the store (sweeping, dusting, tidying, etc.) Assisting with backroom processing and donationsNot every volunteer will do all of these tasks—roles vary depending on the day and the store's needs. As a small way to say thank you, you’ll receive 25% off your total purchase on the day you volunteer. Join us in being the hands and feet of Jesus to our community—while having fun, making friends, and supporting life change! We have multiple properties and areas that need assistance. We are a faith based residential program for men with life altering addictions, in crisis or aging out of the foster care program. If you are interested in helping us maintain and enhance our properties, please reach out to us. We would love to have you apart of our volunteer family. We welcome TEAMS to join us as well.
