Volunteer: NHEG Radio Show Assistant and Networker (Podcast)Position Description The NHEG Radio Show Assistant and Networker will help provide support for radio hosts and the New Heights Show on Education. This includes working with a team to promote shows and internet spots on social media, gathering statistical data from over 25 networks and making sure our show is functioning as it should on all networks, uploading shows to multiple sites that promote internet broadcasting. This person will act as a liaison on multiple situations and opportunities, consider ratings and viewership, work to cultivate a consistent audience, and pursue their own vision of the station's values Requirements Resume with three references, including email addresses. Phone/Internet interview. A team player with great communication and organizing skills. Ability to search resources and monitor sites we appear on to promote shows on a weekly basis. Draft and implement social media and marketing and networking plans to grow show audience. On the rehabilitation team, we have an on-call Veterinarian and a Veterinary-Technician, as well as a crew of volunteers. We are looking to add an additional Veterinary-Technician to the team. Soarin Hawk operates from a new well-equipped facility in Huntertown. The vet-techs are responsible for the following activities: Support/Supervise the intake, triage and medical treatment of raptors and other birds-of-prey Support/Supervise the rehabilitation process, with regular exams and treatment plans. Support/Supervise preventative medical care of our resident raptors. Coordinate all care with our on-call Veterinarian.
