Science Central's exclusive Whiskey-Whiskey (W2) event is happening at the Plex South on September 23rd from 7 PM- 9 PM and we need your help to make this event successful!
W2 is an invite-only event all around the science of whiskey. Volunteers must be ages 21+.Some positions available require physical labor. If you want to volunteer for a less intensive responsibility, reach out and let us know! Alcohol and smoking will be present at this event.
Here are the shifts available:
2 Set-up Helpers MORNING: (9 AM - 12 PM); The more labor intensive of the volunteer options. Lifting/moving/setting tables, running wires, constructing the stage/curtains, etc.
2 Set-up Helpers ATFERNOON: (12 PM - 3 PM); The more labor intensive of the volunteer options. Lifting/moving/setting tables, running wires, constructing the stage/curtains, etc.
2 Event Helpers (6 PM - 9 PM); Refilling waters, cleaning tables, whatever needs to be done!
2 Tear-Down Helpers (9:30 PM - 11 PM); Tearing down tables, stage, curtains, wiring, etc. and loading into the van.
