We have the following event volunteer opportunities available:

Directing Traffic |
In outer lots to make sure people know where to get Trolley or point to directional signs |

Donation Collection (Cash/Check) |
Must be 18 or older. Collect donations and verify amounts. Give to runner to take to secure building. |

Parking |
Must be 18 or older. Monitor parking lots and help direct people to Trolley pick-up stations and walking paths. |
|
Photobooth |
Help guests with props and pictures. Keep area clean and help with pictures. |
|
Picnic Pavilion |
Volunteer Check-in and support. Vendor support. Help with carrying food from food trucks and clean up any trash / debris from tables. |
|
Pinwheels & Yard Signs |
Help market, distribute, complete, and place Pinwheels and Yard Signs at the Tribute Garden.

|
Registration |
Greet individuals as they arrive. Check to see if they are registered. Show them QR Code to get registered, if desired. |
|
Runners |
Take items as requested by ACS Staff and Committee to various areas, as needed. |
|
Set-up |
Arrive 7 am. Help unload trucks and vehicles. Help run supplies to various areas. |
|
Sponsor Lot |
Help direct sponsors to their assigned spaces. Help push walkers to each of the sponsor tables. |
|
Survivor Building |
Greet Survivors and families. Survivor gift bag distribution. Clean up any trash / debris from tables. |
|
Tear Down |
Arrive 11:30 am and stay until at least 1 pm. Help load trucks and vehicles. Help remove decorations and move items to appropriate areas. |
|
Trolley Docents |
Must be 18 or older. Welcome people and share ACS info. Share information on fesitivities at the event. |
|
T-Shirt Distribution |
Help distribute pre-ordered shirts and help take donations for previous year shirts and this year extras. |
|
Volunteer Check-In & T-Shirt Distribution |
Arrive 7 am and help distribute volunteer shirts and help direct individuals to their designated areas. Instruct on GroupMe sign up and area leader. |
|
Walking Path |
Cheer on walkers, help direct people and keep people moving, report any concerns. |
