Join the Rhinehart Music Center Volunteer Staff. We provide house support in a variety of roles for the Rhinehart Music Center and the Special Events crew.
Why should I volunteer for PFW?

We have no maximum or minimum amount of shows you have to work.

We don't require you to buy special clothing (dark colors/business casual is fine)

You will meet all kinds of new and interesting people.

You will see some amazing shows for FREE!

And, we are a really cool, fun bunch of people to hang out with!
What would I be doing at your shows?

Handing out programs

Scanning or tearing Tickets

Helping patrons find their seats

When would the shifts be?

Shows typically take place in the evening Monday through Saturday and on Sunday afternoons.

Most evening shows will start at 7:30pm, doors will open at 7:00pm and Usher Call time would be 6:45pm.

For Sunday afternoon, the shows typically start at 2:00pm or 4:00pm. Doors would open at 1:30pm or 3:30pm with Usher call time 15 minutes before doors.

Hours may/will vary depending on need of the show.

Most shows run 90 minutes to 2 hours.
