Heritage Pointe of Fort Wayne

We are a senior living community consisting of Assisted Living, Independent Living, Rehab, Long-term care, and memory care. We can hold a census of 75 residents.  Our community and families are very involved in our activity life-we enjoy live music, Bingo, crafts, going on outings of all kinds, community coming in with talents and education to share, animals, socialization, manicures, and so much more!  We are looking for volunteers to assist in so many ways-painting nails, bringing talents to showcase, sharing time chatting, helping with events and outings, and more.  Our community is warm, friendly, full of smiles, and try to enjoy each day. With your help, we can ensure our residents enjoy life!   

We provide healthcare, mental, physical, sociological, religious, and other benefits for the residents we serve ensuring each activity planned will benefit in one of the ways listed above.  Our community is warm, loving, friendly, and always eager to enjoy new experiences.  We love new people and the talents they bring-even if the talent is sitting and socializing with a resident.  Our residents love to be active and learn new things (or even reminisce about the old!)
