Who We Are
Ryan's Case for Smiles was founded in 2007 to bring support to young patients and their families in hospitals around the globe. We started with a simple goal: to create and distribute whimsical pillowcases that give children an emotional boost and remind them that they are not defined by their illness. Now we offer programs that include the children's entire families. There are more than 100 chapters and thousands of volunteers. Over 75,000 children are helped annually. 2,900,000 pillowcases delivered and counting as of November 17, 2023.
What We Do
Ryan's case for Smiles is one of the few volunteer organizations solely dedicated to helping kids feel better to heal better. We focus on the individual and family in the moment not on research and finding a cure. We are a local chapter based in Northeast Indiana. We are a very active group and we want you to join our team! We have pillowcase sew days, fabric cutting events, Ironing and packaging cases days. Some days we have enough people to do every station.
We had a blessed 2024! Our largest demand is pinning cases to sew. Our ongoing need is sewing cases.
