Vincent Village, Inc.

Mission: We provide homeless families a long-term continuum of care, training, and resources with empathy, dignity, and accountability. History: Vincent Village has been serving the needs of homeless families with children since December 1989. Since that time, Vincent Village has provided shelter and supportive services to over 700 homeless families with children. Vincent Village is the only facility in Fort Wayne providing transitional housing for two-parent families with children and single female and single male-headed households with children.

Mission: We provide homeless families a long-term continuum of care, training, and resources with empathy, dignity, and accountability. We have a 10 bedroom transitional shelter (Vincent House) for families, where they can stay for up to 2 years. We also have 33 scattered site homes as rental homes for up to 5 years (Vincent Village). Both programs offer case management services to work toward self-sufficiency. We also provide Youth Services, programming for children who live in the shelter or village.
